Erica Desper

Erica is a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant, Certified Infant Massage Instructor and Postpartum Certified Doula (DONA). She has supported hundreds of families in and around the Main Line, Philadelphia, and internationally to improve the quality of their sleep. She is also mom to son, Jaiden, who, as a baby, was very good at crying and not very skilled at sleeping!  

Erica was named “Best Way to Get Everyone Some Sleep” by the Main Line Parent and Philadelphia Family communities in 2017, “Best Sleep Consultant” by the Main Line Parent community in 2018, “Family Favorite” Sleep Consultant by the Philadelphia Family Community in 2019, and “Best Sleep Consultant” by the Main Line Parent, Philadelphia Family, and Bucks County Parent Communities in 2020, 2021 and 2022.

Erica founded Confident Parenting in 2012.
