Have you heard?! We’re launching a new virtual series ideal for moms anytime in the first year of motherhood:
It’s called “4th Trimester & Beyond: Strategies and Support” and it begins THIS FRIDAY, 10/9 from 10-11:30am.
Led by Dr. Beth Krause, it combines the friendly/familiar vibe of our New Mom & Baby Meetups with the expertise of a licensed clinical psychologist. Beth is a lecturer at the University of Pennsylvania as well as an adjunct professor at Swarthmore College, and has been at the forefront of women’s emotional wellness research for the last 12 years.
Women who became moms this year are faced with a unique level of stress due to the pandemic. Beth’s goal is to provide you with concrete strategies that have been proven to manage that stress and build maternal confidence and optimism.
Our series will run for the next 4 Fridays in October, from 10-11:30am. You can sign up for just one week, or all four. Babies in arms are always welcome!
- Friday 10/9: Normalize and problem solve new mom challenges
- Friday 10/16: Learned optimism and how to engage cognitive calm
- Friday 10/23: Bolster coping and relaxation skills
- Friday 10/30: Reinforcing social and partner support
