About Lang
Lang Ngov is a physical therapist (PT) originally from the Philadelphia area. After graduating from the University of Connecticut in 2003, she moved to California to start her career as a PT. With the support of several amazing mentors, she completed a residency in the world-renowned Vallejo PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) program.
Lang is one of five physical therapists in the state of Pennsylvania who is a Certified Functional Manual Therapist (CFMT). She is a board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist as well as a certified pilates instructor through Polestar Pilates (a comprehensive pilates certification created by a physical therapist and is geared towards rehabilitative pilates).
Lang was given a grant at a California community hospital to begin research on the prevention of diastasis recti in pregnant women. After the birth of her daughter in 2017, she moved back to Pennsylvania to be closer to family. Lang is excited to share her knowledge and experience with local moms!
