Simple, fun, and encouraging

Nicole is fantastic! She made my CPR recertification, simple, fun, and encouraging. I was able to schedule it on pretty short notice, which really took the stress off. The level of personalization and support was one I had not experienced in previous recerts. Nicole brings her years of experience and expertise as well as her approachable style, which has made me that much more confident in the process. She really cares and that is inspiring.
