Kind, thorough, and extremely encouraging

Infant & Child CPR & Choking class was such a great experience. I really appreciate the calm approach to a high anxiety/stressful situation of potentially needing to provide CPR / choking assistance. I loved that there was video reinforced through live instruction, practice, and then reinforcement. The instructor was kind, thorough, and extremely encouraging in a high anxious/stressful situation.
