I feel much more equipped

Really enjoyed Breastfeeding 101 and was grateful to take this class before my fast-approaching due date. I feel much more equipped to take on breastfeeding from the moment of birth and appreciated Brooke’s paced way of teaching, wealth of knowledge, and the survey course style touching on so many aspects of breastfeeding- the benefits for baby and mom, latching and holding techniques, setting expectations on time commitment, and reviewing supply demand dynamics.
