About Erica
Erica is a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant, Infant Massage Instructor, Postpartum Certified Doula (DONA), and Oh Crap! Certified Potty-Training Consultant. Erica is the founder of the Center for Confident Parenting and the Special Needs Collective, where she has dedicated her career to empowering parents and improving the lives of families.
Since founding Confident Parenting in 2011, Erica and her team have supported over 2,000 families, helping them tackle challenges like improving sleep habits, mastering potty training, and navigating the complexities of parenthood with confidence and clarity.
Erica’s passion for supporting parents stems from her own journey. After enduring 15 months of severe sleep deprivation following her son’s birth, she longed for someone to guide her – someone who could provide practical, compassionate solutions she could trust.
Today, Erica is committed to helping parents feel seen, supported, and empowered, providing them with the tools and resources they need to navigate parenting with confidence and joy.
