Main Line Family Education is the *only* location in our area currently offering RESILIENCY TRAINING to decrease and prevent emotional challenges that many new parents face BEFORE delivery.
Join Dr. Beth Krause, Ph.D., an expert in women’s emotional wellness surrounding motherhood. Dr. Krause will familiarize you with expected changes in your feelings, thoughts, relationships, and identity that take place when you become a parent. Learn evidence-based strategies to stay calm, confident and optimistic about your upcoming delivery and first days of motherhood.
Get to know other expectant moms at the same stage of pregnancy. Find out what it’s really like to care for a newborn. With the new awareness, skills and friendships you’ll develop in this class, you’ll be better able to experience this momentous life transition with confidence.
This class is designed for expectant mothers who are 16+ weeks pregnant (4 months or more).
